Kindly be informed that guests are strictly required to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. A valid photo identification must also be presented upon arrival.

If you are checking in / making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel upon check-in:

1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature
2) Copy of the card holder's credit card (front and back of card withcardholder's signature)
3) Copy of valid photo identification of the cardholder
