Please make sure sure that you are connected with Red Planet WiFi.
Normally, the device is connecting while on the elevator. In this situation, you are getting the signal of the access point near the elevator and remembered by the device. Once inside the room, you are getting a weak WiFi signal because you are still connected to the access point near the elevator or the access point far from your room. To solve this, please do the following.
- Forget WiFi connection.
- Restart the device.
- Try to connect again.
